The uploaded patient data are patients' property and can be used only with their written consent. If you require the data to be anonymized, you are given the possibility to anonymize them immediately after uploading them. The process of anonymization is irreversible, and the original (i.e. not anonymized) images will not be kept on the server.
This software is not certified for treatment outcome prognosis. By registering, you agree and confirm that you will only use VISIFIELD for informative (e.g. research, visualization, education or similar) purposes and not as predictive tool.
We may terminate your VISIFIELD account without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated to your account. All provisions of this Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Your privacy is important to us. We are doing our best in keeping your data private. We shall not disclose any data, including your settings, to third parties. We may, however, disclose your data to official authorities, such as law enforcement, and cannot be held responsible for sharing your data with them when requested to (such as a warrant or during a CRB/police check).
